Pamela Kassais (Research Assistant), Flinders University

Pamela Kassais is a Graduate Research Assistant who completed her Honours degree of Health and Medical Sciences in Pathology, as well as Majoring in Pathology and Anatomical Sciences in her Bachelor’s Degree. She has mainly been involved in the Bone and Joint research field where she has participated in numerous ongoing research projects including spinal degeneration and analysis of human osteochondral tissues in 2015-2016 and more recently in 2017 researched the effect of localised Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor 1179.4b on a mouse model of Periodontitis for her thesis. As a Research Assistant with QUEST she is able to apply her skills in organisation, communication and teamwork to the trial.
